Take 1/2 Lb of BUTTER (not margerine)
and 1/2 Lb of Velveeta
cut into cubes.
Put in double boiler to melt.
Whisk together when melted.
Open 2 cans of crab meat, drain and chop up fine.
Mix with melted cheese and butter.
Take 2 loaves of white bread and cut off all crusts.
Roll out bread with rolling pin to make flat.
Add filling to flattened bread and roll up like a jelly roll.
Place on cooking tray and brush with melted butter and broil till golden brown.
Flip and brown other side.
Serve and enjoy.
This recipe makes about 24 rolls. I put 8 in zip lock bags and freeze until use.
Thaw 1 hour before broiling.
