This thread will be for information for our St. Patty's 3v3 Freestyle tournament. This tournament has been scheduled to run for 1 day. Starting on Friday March 4th beginning at 6pm CST and going until finished. Teams of 3 will be randomly selected and the tournament will be Round Robin style. Registration for the tournament is now open.
If you are not a -=CoN=- Member and would like to play, please PM me.
Since this is round robin and for 1 night we are not going to put times on the matches. When teams are on and ready to play we will just start and move to the next available match.
There is a link to the tournament table in the navigation panel to the left. Since I am not sure how many teams we will have I will close registration a couple of days before and add the teams to the bracket. All match-ups and map groupings are randomly generated to be fair.
The tournament will be held on our tournament server : 74.196.211.90:8001
You may continue to use the Head 2 Head server for warm up or practice. I will be on TS during the tournament for questions or issues. If you would like to use UTSpy to keep up with the score place 74.196.211.90 in for the server address and 8002 for the query port. Spectator slots will be opened up at match time to watch the matches live if you like. Results will be posted in the bracket between matches.
Rules:
1. Have fun!
2. All match times are in CST.
3. Only the people playing in the current match are allowed in the Tournament Team TeamSpeak channels.
4. First team on picks color.
5. There is no spawn protection.
6. Telefragging is disabled.
7. Match is Freestyle.
8. Each map will have a 15 minute time limit. First team to 75 or best score at the end of time wins the map. Best 2 of 3 maps wins the match.
9. In the event of a server crash the map will be restarted with as close to remaining time and agreed upon scores as possible.
10. An admin will be on during the match to handle issues such as pausing the game if a player crashes or drops.
