From looking at the logs, something is hooking your windows.dll. It could be several things maybe a screen capture tool that is trying to grab the window or it could be a virus or malware. Might run a tool like malwarebytes.
I have tried malwarebytes and other software to remove malware, adware, all sorts of ware ...... I reinstalled the game several times and that hook won't go away. When I get kicked from all servers I get the following message:
I would say to try a virus scanner like avast and also make sure it is not any software you have installed recently. Rule all that out first if you are still having a problem you might post on ut99.org and see if anyone there has had this problem.
