Yes it was modified to only do damage and not fatness or speed. The old one would still display a message on the fatness and speed even if set to 0. Just a small mod.

Cool. I will give those settings a try. The setting I got were default from the original I found except the damage. I upped it to 30.
I'd guess it would be the amount of distance a player must travel outside of to 'deactivate' the camping timer. Like a camping radius of '3 steps' would mean you'd take 3 steps to be counted as a 'moving' player. 2 steps would still be considered 'camping' to the timer.

What happens is the mutator takes your location. Waits the defined amount of time then takes your location again. If the difference of the 2 is less than the camping radius then you lose some health.

It's not easy to use it the first times, it's a real pain-in-the-ass (as wrote Draco some days ago) in that maps zones where there is not enough room to move and run...
...have to test it on local to get the right timing for a 2sec only crouch...
